            Q: How old does my dog need to be to attend daycare or boarding?
            A: Dogs must be at least 12 weeks old, fully vaccinated, and comfortable.

            Q: Are puppies welcome?
            A: Absolutely! Puppies are welcome once they meet vaccination requirements. We offer age-appropriate playtime and rest periods to support healthy development.

            Boarding Details

            Q: How often will my pet go outside or have playtime during boarding?
            A: Boarding guests enjoy multiple play and potty breaks throughout the day, plus structured enrichment activities and plenty of rest time.

            Q: Will my pet be fed on their normal schedule?

            A: Yes! We follow your pet’s regular feeding routine and accommodate special diets or medications as instructed.

             Grooming & Add-Ons

            Q: Can grooming be added to a daycare or boarding stay?
            A: Definitely! Many clients love picking up a freshly groomed pet, just let us know when booking. Grooming is included with a one week stay only.

            Q: What add-on services do you offer?
            A: Optional add-ons may include extra playtime, one-on-one cuddle sessions, enrichment activities, nail trims, or special treats.

             Medications & Special Care

            Q: Can you administer medication to my pet?
            A: Yes. Our team can administer oral and topical medications at no additional charge. Please provide clear instructions at check-in.

            Q: Do you accommodate senior pets or pets with special needs?
            A: Absolutely. We provide gentle care, quieter rest areas, and customized routines for senior pets or those needing extra attention.

             Policies & Payments

            Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
            A: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.

            Q: Is there a late pickup fee?
            A: Yes. Late pickups may incur a small fee to ensure fair scheduling and staff availability.

            Q: Do you offer packages or memberships?
            A: Yes! We offer daycare packages and loyalty programs that provide great value for frequent visitors. Your money is safe when booking. We just ask you to let us know within 3 weeks before canceling just to give us some time.

             Updates & Communication

            Q: Will I receive updates during my pet’s stay?
            A: Yes! We love sharing photos and updates so you can see how much fun your pet is having while you’re away.

            Q: Can I tour the facility before booking?
            A: Of course! Tours are available by appointment so you can see where your pet will play, relax, and shine like a superstar.

            There is no late fee unless it is a day to two days late and charges will be implemented. Rest assured refunds are 100% and your money will be safe! Just please let us know                        of your cancelation three weeks in advance just go give us some time. It would be much appreciated!
